1. Shiprocket Profile Milestone is a set of tasks that need to be completed in order to use your account. It has four steps:
A. General Information
B. Shipping & Billing Address
C. Bank Account Details
D. KYC Verification
A seller has to complete the above mentioned four parameters in order to complete the profile mile stone.
If the seller has completed the above mentioned parameters and still the milestone shows incomplete then the case will be assigned to the tech team.
2. A seller can check the "pickup suppress date" in the seller panel by following below mentioned path -
"Orders" --> "ready to ship"--> "date will be highlighted under pickup schedule status".
3. A seller can add pickup address in SARAL app by following the below mentioned path -
Settings --> select "pickup address" --> "change location"--> drag the pointer on the map and add another pickup address.
4. Scenario - If a seller complaints regarding the negative wallet balance despite no weight discrepancy or RTO shipments then the case will be routed to the tech team instead of FOPS.
5. "Chat team"- before escalating the case to any further team, the notes shall be appropriate describing the exact issue.
6. Scenario - To unfreeze bank or KYC details, the ticket will be escalated to the tech team instead of "Tamanna" or" Himanshu".
While such tickets are to be escalated to the tech team, the agents will escalate with a reason to unfreeze the details.
7. COD terms often asked by the seller on call -
COD Available: Total COD amount yet to be remitted.
Last COD remitted: COD amount remitted most recently
Total COD Remitted ( In last 30 days): COD amount that has been remitted in the last 30 days
Total Reversal Amount: We took back the COD amount due to some specific reasons
Remittance Initiated: We have initiated the COD amount. It will be remitted in the next COD cycle
8. CSAT to be pitched on FCR calls, wherein; the seller is satisfied with the resolution given.
9. While arranging the training session for the "MPS" , the agent will not guide the seller to schedule the training session from the seller panel instead the agent will share the training link for MPS. (Link - https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86362357915 )
