1. So in the past and currently as well, sellers ask the procedure to obtain the TDS certificate and further claim it with Shiprocket.

Attached is the guide that an advisor can use to educate the seller as to how he can obtain the TDS certificate from the Govt. website.

2. Here's what seller sees first while he opts to raise a dispute from the seller panel in case of weight discrepancy-

3. Arrange Pickups for Return Orders in the iOS App -

• Now you can arrange your return order pickups from the iOS mobile app. Just click on the return button in your app home screen and add the details of your order.

• Go to → Home → Return Orders

4. POD denial cases - Update -

• As discussed, in POD denial cases, we will now ask for the relevant images and videos from the team and mark the ticket as "open" and assign the ticket to the LOPS.

• In such cases, the agent will make the seller crystal clear about the requirements to resolve the case within TAT.

• The agent should also make the seller clear that failure/delay to provide required proof within the TAT will result in denial and further no investigation will be conducted for such cases.

5. In case, wherein; the seller does not pay the freight invoices then we hold 1.5x of the COD remittance and we will transfer the pending remittance to his bank account as soon as he clears his pending freight invoices.

6. In case, wherein; the seller does not pay his SAAS invoice then he gets 10 extra days to clear his SAAS invoice. After this, his account gets suspended.

7. In case, the seller is unable to create a return order then the agent will do the basic check asking the sellers to fill the below details with the mentioned path -

Settings->Company->Pickup Address->Edit the address-> Fill the detail.

-->then fill the contact name and email and Save it .

8.In case the seller complaints regarding the inability to change the name on the label then the agent will ask the seller to change the name in the pickup location.
