1.) Guarantee Plus:
i.) Calculation of 90% SLA for the month will be done by averaging all couriers used in that month and not every courier individually. The SLA breach will be considered if the Pickup to 1st Attempt time exceeds the zoneal SLA. Refunds will be processed for the impacted shipments.
ii.) Delivery SLA Drop: if the delivery sla drops more than 2% from the last month then the differential % awbs will be considered for refund. But until 2% drop, the refunds won't be processed.
Example:
2.) Free Early COD Plan: D+4 plan will be offered to the sellers for a duration of 60 days from subscription.
3.) RTO freight refund: i.) Opt. in option will be available during the start of the Smart Plus plan. Sellers can't activate it in the middle of the service.
ii.) Opt. Out: if seller's want to opt out they can do the same from the seller panel by choosing a different plan and acknowledging the pop-up box action. Seller Panel>Current Plan(In Top right menu of the page)> Select the desired plan to move.
4.) RTO Prediction engine: This service will be offered for free upto 60 Days from the date of subscription.
5.) Refund Prediction: Exclude the Smart Plus AWBs from the general refund engine. Currently all Forward journeys have been excluded.
