1. All sides agree to recast the borders at their current lines of control 

2. Ukraine succeeds Ukrainian land physically controlled by Russia

3. Each side agrees to create a three mile wide buffer zone on their side of the border

4. Ukraine returns any territory that Ukraine has taken from Russia

5. Ukraine recognizes Russian ownership of their conquered Uralian land

6. Russia agrees to recognizes Ukrainian right to exist

7. Russia drops Russian objections to Ukrainian membership in NATO

8. Russia drops Russian objections to Ukrainian membership in the EU

9.  Russia gives up all claims to seized Russian assets

10. Russia returns all Ukrainian children kidnaped by Russia
