House of Representative's Perpetual Election

The house is in a state of perpetual election. A member of the house faces reelection every two years. In the modern world, an election lasts about two years. Representatives are constantly begging for donations, endorsements and publicity. I'm not sure if this would help, but I would like to stretch the term of a representative to four years. That sounds like a good compromise between the endless election of the house and the endless six year term of a senator.

We should alternate the elections of the representatives like the senate does. Electing half of the House of Representatives every two years sounds good.
