Income Tax

I like the idea of the income tax. Problem is that it doesn't work. As they say, the devil is in the details.

Many Americans would complain that income tax is too much paperwork. Funny thing is that the IRS can do most people's income tax. When I make mistakes on my income tax return, the IRS sends me a note, " Your tax return is wrong. We corrected your return and amended your tax refund".

However, the biggest problem is the definition of income. American income tax laws are are a long running game of poker where people try to define their own income as not income. That adds up to a whole pile of special rules for everyone.

Another problem is that international corporations can define their home country as whatever country they see want. Therefore, their income is only taxed in the country that they choose

Therefore, I think that income tax is unworkable in the real world and we should eliminate it.
