Presidential power amendment
Congress shall have the authority to rescind a presidential declaration of a state of emergency without presidential approval
The office of the president shall preserve all communications generated in the course of official business or communication with individuals or organizations relevant to the discharge of their duties
Congress shall have the authority to delegate powers to the president and to rescind delegated powers or actions taken using delegated powers without the signature or approval of the president
The president waives his right to a fair trial while in office. The president can be indicted. The president simply cannot be tried or convicted until leaving office
A president's time in office shall not count toward any statute of limitations
Any candidate for president automatically waves his right to privacy over his private records including his or her tax records, criminal records, medical records, school records, military records and business records. This is not to include any juvenile records.
The president shall not interfere with any investigation of himself or his/her administration without out the express written permission of congress
The president shall place all of his investment holdings and personal business holding in a blind trust. Failure to comply shale subject the president to the forfeiture of all assets acquired by the president during his/her term in office
The president may not pardon himself/herself or members of his/her administration or any member of his family or their families.
Congressional leaders shall have the authority to monitor the president's and their administration's communications with hostile foreign forces
The president's administration's loyalty is to the United States of America and not to the President.
Congress shall have the authority to require a presidential candidate to provide proof that they are natural born citizens of the United States. All inquiries must be made a least three months before the national election
The president shall not have the authority to order the investigation of his predecessors or previous administrations or political rivals without the authorization of congress with the exception of suspected war crimes
The president shall not pardon anyone in the last three months of their administration
Any presidential pardon must be confirmed by an Attorney General that has been confirmed by the Senate
The nation's national security shall take priority over the president's rights
Any ex president, except those resign or are convicted by the senate, shall have the standing to sue the current president
Congress shall have the authority to impeach and to convict an individual even after they have left the government
Congress shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of this act without the approval of the president
