Replace the US Senate with our own House of Lords

Our country is being run by and for rich people. Our rich should have to climb out of the shadows and do their own work. Instead of letting our rich buy our leaders, we should put our rich directly in charge. I realize that many Americans would object to our country being run by and for rich people. My plan would not change anything. In fact, the power of the rich might actually be less under my proposed system. In addition, their actions would finally be exposed for all Americans to see. If you don't like what you see, change our system.

Ground rules

Our richest would be determined by net worth. The US Senate would be replaced with the top one hundred most wealthy citizens. Members could be censured by three fifth vote of the senate or expelled by a vote of two thirds of the senate. New members would have to be confirmed by three fifths of the delegation.
