Reserved Seating Supreme Court

Despite what Chief Justice Roberts says, there are conservative and liberal judges. Instead of fighting over this every year, let's just reserve seats for both sides

Embrace the tie, equal numbers on each side, Nothing is decided without a justice from the other side

Expand the number to twelve to give a little more room for diversity

Allow each candidate to nominate judges for his side

Impeachment and trials would a matter for each side to police their own

Confirmation will be within each party

Now the judge wars will be within each party, This could be fun

If you don't want a tie, we could give an extra seat to the party that wins the presidential election
