Pay to Play

So many times, Ive heard that the taxpayers are going broke supporting the moochers. Here's a thought, let's give representatives to local governments who pay taxes into the federal government. Then the federal government would be run by taxpayers.

Ground Rules

1. Each state would receive two free Senators and and one free Representative.
2. Sales would be open to states, cities, counties and county equivalents
3. Each Senate seat would cost fifty billion dollars a year
4. Each House seat would cost five billion dollars year
5. Payments would be indexed by GDP
