Suggestion s for Cuba for demands when negotiating their statehood

1) Demand an exemption from the Mann Act. The US has the Mann Act that bans foreign ships from sailing from US port to US port. The Mann Act requires US states and territories that are separate from the continental US  to ship via costly US ships. This would be, essentiality , an embargo on Cuba

2) Demand the right to succeed from the US. You'll thank me later

3) Demand US citizenship for all Cuban citizens regardless of where they live or where they were born

4) Demand that their state constitution should allow  a state income tax
