RV Public Dump Station
There are many homeless people in Seattle who are stranded in their motorhomes. They are broke and can't move their motorhome very far. This is their homes, which includes bathrooms. Eventually, the waste tanks fill up and they empty their tank wherever they are. They dump in the public street.
I have a proposal. We have public restrooms to avoid this issue for people. How about doing this for RV owners. How about a "public restroom" for RV owners. How about a public dump station.
Now I know that people should not do that. I know that this is one of the worst types of littering. I also know that trash RV's are also a form of littering. However, I also know that you don't kick a man when he's down. Instead of punishing people for being destitute, how about providing facilities to get rid of their waste. People eat. People poop. Give people a chance to properly dispose of their poop
The City of Seattle had a better idea. Instead of waiting for broken down RVs to drive to a public dump station, The City of Seattle sends a tanker truck to pump waste from stranded RVs. I'm maintaining this page just for historic reference
