  • A majority vote of the ex presidents would send the president to a national vote of no confidence

  • 2/3 vote of the ex presidents could remove the president from office and to permanently exclude the president from the council of ex presidents

  • The president removed by the board of presidents or who lost a vote of no confidence would be permanently be excluded from serving as president and from the serving on council of presidents

  • An ex president could designate an individual to vote in their place if the ex president is found to be mentally incompliant

  • Without such designation, the representative would be assumed to be his wife

  • If his wife was menially incompetent, the order of succession for his representative would be children, in order by age

  • If his children were mentally incompetent, the order of succession for his representative would be grandchildren, in order by age

  • Each ex president would retain the title of special cultural attaché in order for the ex-presidents to retain diplomatic immunity

  • When an ex president's representative assumed the authority of their ex president, the representative would also be granted the status of special cultural attaché to give him diplomatic immunity
