Income Tax Budget

I prefer my other budget plan. However, I have a tax plan based on personal income tax.

1. This is a balanced budget. That is going to hurt, no matter how you cut it
2. I didn't include a corporate income tax because that's too complicated
3. The bottom 50% will not pay any income tax
4. I have included all the sources I might have used
