Red, white and green

I was asking myself, which country has "the best" food, Mexico or Italy. Since they have the same colors for their flags, I thought I should include all countries that have national flags that include red, white and green. Including all decorations, that's about twenty. I am writing this during the "Christmas season" in the Evergreen State (Washington), my immediate thought is to start with Lebanon since their flag includes a green tree. I know that most people don't decorate Cedrus libani trees, but on their flag, the tree looks wonderfully festive

This is a long term project. I don't know if I will ever finish it

I don't know if I can find restaurants for all of these countries

I will have to carefully define Mexican food. The USA calls Mexican everything from the local taco stand to Jack in the Box tacos

I will have to carefully define Italian food. My idea of Italian food incudes Dominos and cans of pasta. Should I even include pizza ???

Some of these regions are not recognized as countries. I will try to include every region that has a recognized flag that is primarily  the colors red, white and green
