Birthright Citizenship I

Conservatives are fed up with birthright citizenship. There is a reason we birthright citizenship in the constitution. Our country has proven itself untrustworthy when it comes to defining who is and who is not a citizen. Too many times it come down to skin color. However, there is a wide gap between birthright citizenship and requiring parents reference their family to the forth generation before receiving an American birth certificate for their newborn child. I suggest that Republicans try to change our policy through a constitutional amendment
