Practice Run for Youth Mass @StJohns

If your child would like to participate in the Youth Mass in anyway (to be taken place on 27th Sept) – Greeting, reading, offertory, singing, helping with refreshment’s etc - there will be a practice/meeting on Friday 11th September 2015 at 6pm at St. John’s.

FTiH - Youth & First Holy Commitment Mass – Sunday 27th September 9.30am Mass at St John's will be a Youth Mass for young people of both St. Paul's and St. John's parishes.

Both Fr. Harriott and Fr. Lee will concelebrate the mass which will be based under the umbrella of ‘Forward together in Hope’.

During the mass the parents of the children who wish to make their first Holy Communion in May (2016) will make their commitment promises.

After mass, we will all gather together to celebrate our youth and the commitment they have made. Our young people will be invited to participate in a small ‘Forward together in Hope’ activity which will take place in the Hall. We are also asking parishioners if they would kindly bring food to celebrate this occasion. We will have a Marquee on the lawn of St. John’s for the occasion and it would be lovely to see you all there.
