Today - Sunday 26th November – Is Youth Sunday & Family Mass

“The theme is ‘YES’ and invites us to reflect on Mary’s ‘Yes’ to what God was calling her to do”

The Mass will take its usual form with children and adults alike partaking.

At the end of Mass, you will all receive a ‘bookmark’ to take away with you. All parishes in our partnership will be distributing them. The phrase on the back of the bookmark was penned by one of our own StJohns YPC – Emily Maggs, who came up with the phrase:

Thank you to all who supported us and we hope, by the guidance of the Holy Spirit, to go from strength to strength overcoming obstacles in our way and saying to outreaching to all and being inclusive in all we do #GodBless+

CAFOD Community Water Supply for African

Firstly many, many thanks to all who supported StJohns YPC in raising money for CAFOD’s Community Water Supply for an African Village. YPC target was £750 but with your kind loving support and generosity, you have managed to help raise a staggering £1,713.94p. Over £300 alone came from the Coin-It-In-A-Can. So again. Many thanks and much love from all StJohns YPC and CAFOD who I know will send their sincere thanks.
