St. John’s Youth Council + WE WILL REMEMBER THEM + Falling Poppies +

StJohns Youth Council Remembrance Mass today and the gathering by the gravesides of those soldiers who fought for our freedom.

Fr. Harriott led us with a short prayer and the children released red balloons, one for each ‘fallen poppy’ and in memory of all ‘The Dead of the Two World Wars’.

The Poppy wreaths made by our young people were also blessed by Fr. Harriott and taken to be laid at the Cenotaph in Cramlington Village.
