NEW PARISHIONERS - If you are a new member of the parish, would you please make yourself known to Fr. Harriott or a member of the Parish Council and complete a form available at the back of church.

An appeal will be made today (Sunday) by Monica Mills on behalf of the Little Sisters of the Poor.

GARDENERS – Have you any spare time on a Monday between 10-12 noon to help in the gardens (grass cutting etc). Please wear old clothing. Safety boots will be provided to regular helpers.

BAPTISM – Please remember in your prayers Molly Thomson who will be baptised on Sat. 23^rd April.

FIRST HOLY COMMUNIONS – The final liturgy during the 9.30am Mass today. Practice at St. John's Saturday 7^th May at 10am before F.H.C. at St. John's on Sunday 8th May during the 9.30am Mass.

Final session “Sending Forth” Thursday 9^th June at St. Paul's at 6pm.

YOUTH – The first meeting of St. John's Youth Council will take place on Sunday 24^th April in the presbytery dining room following the 9.30 Mass

YEAR OF MERCY – On the back of the bulletin is information for all parishioners, especially young families, to get involved in planned activities. Please read and contact Kathryn Maggs 07540 065414 or Jerry Laidler.

COFFEE AFTERNOONS – The next two Coffee Afternoons will be on Thursday 12^th May 2016 and Thursday 9^th June 2016 at 1.30pm. These are open to ALL, not just parishioners, Please come along.

PLANTS – When ordering/buying plants for your garden, please consider purchasing a few more for the church grounds. They would be gratefully appreciated by Rose, one of our garden volunteers.

LOST PROPERTY – There are quite a few unclaimed items that have been at the back of church for quite some time. These will be given to charity in the next few weeks. Please check if any belong to you.
