All in our deanery were invited to come along to St Aidan's Parish Hall, Ashington, on Saturday 16th May and we were very grateful for all who attended and provide valuable input. The afternoon allowed us to foster our relationships with each other and provided practical ways to outreach to others in our communities.
Other meetings are planned and we hope to “travel” around the deanery and hopefully be invited to host one of these meetings at your own parish - So please invite us :)
In summary, our goals of outreaching during the meeting:
A time for prayer & reflection
A time to talk, discuss & meet old & new friends from your own deanery
An opportunity to give feedback on the Easter bags
To receive information about evangelisation activities to do in our parishes for the summer.
