11th January sees the “Baptism of the Lord” and St. Johns has sent out invites to all those who have been baptised during 2014 to come along and join in our celebration.
It was John the Baptist himself that baptised Jesus and this mass, and that special occasion, allows us to recall the reasons why we get baptised.
If you know of anyone who would like to attend mass on this special day, then feel free to invite them along.
The Baptism of the Lord is the final feast that closes the season of Christmas.
