Feb/Mar Update - Preparing the Way ...

On the 18th March St. Johns representative, Jerry Laidler (stjohns.annitsford@aol.com) will be attending the launch of the ‘Preparing the Way’ resource pack.

The ‘Preparing the Way’ resource pack will consist of:

- Spirituality resources

- Detailed information about what Forward Together in Hope is seeking to achieve

- Statistical, financial and historical information about the Diocese

- As well as an introduction to the forthcoming self evaluation process.

- The pack will also include a DVD and electronic versions of all documents on a CD.

The materials aim to assist parishes in getting ready to undertake a careful and prayerful self-evaluation from Pentecost onwards.

In addition, meetings are scheduled during March with the Council of Priests, Youth Council and Council of Laity to update them on progress and seek their ideas and involvement.

Episcopal Vicars will also be meeting with clergy in their areas to consider Forward Together in Hope.
