Cardinal’s Call to Prayer - Pentecost Novena ...

This 11^th July – the feast day of Europe’s Patronsaint Benedict of Nursia - is the same day that representatives from your diocese will gather in Birmingham for the National Catholic Evangelisation Conference.

With Pentecost fast approaching (24^th May) it is being suggested that we all perform the Pentecost Novena.It is hoped that simple prayer services/groups will be performed around the Diocese during the nine days leading up to Pentecost.

On each of the nine days of the novena, the aim is that there will be at least one group praying this novena somewhere in the Diocese.

Why not form a partnership with others such as other parishes, schools, prayer groups, homes, ecumenical and elsewhere.

The Novena begins on Friday of the 6th Week of Easter, 15th May until Saturday 23rd May 2015
