Garden Party – Outline of Agenda & Draft Programme
The meeting today after mass in Fr. Harriott’s dining room is to explore the ideas we currently have and allocate responsibilities – we need people to help in the logistics and on the day, otherwise we won’t be able to do all that has been suggested.
The intention of the Garden Party is not to be a fund raiser but to bring communities together in the grounds of St. Johns for an afternoon of family fun with any surplus money that is raised on the day going to CAFOD.
