iTHIRST – The second "faith talk in a pub" with the theme "What if Aliens Exist" is to be held this Sunday 18th January 2015 at 7.30pm in the Londonderry, Sunderland SR1 3ES (see leaflets at the back of church and on the Parish website). Jerry Laidler 07801 452372 has a few seats in his car if anyone requires a lift. Free food, music and banter.

MASS OFFERINGS – Weekday Mass offerings (Intentions) are not too far in advance now. Please use the envelopes available at the back of church. If you want a mass offered on a specific date, please give your telephone number on the envelope just in case your required date is not available.

Weekend Masses are further in advance (1st Free Sunday12th April and 1st free Saturday 28th February)

BAPTISM – Thomas Jack Budden will be baptised Next Sunday 25th Jan. 2015 after the 10am Mass.

FOOD BANKS (Repeat Notice) - Some interest has been expressed recently. Tesco's organised a Neighbourhood Food Collection last month and donated to Trussell Trust and Fareshare local food depots, Tesco's then top up by 30%, these will be a regular occurance. In addition there is the Bay Foodbank at North Shields, the Wansbeck Foodbank at Ashington and St. Nicholas Church in Cramlngton. Demand has doubled in the last year. Should you wish to donate, please do so via Tesco or leave at the back of church and we will deliver to St. Nicholas church in Cramlington.

POLITE REQUEST – Mentioned to the Parish Council. When visiting the Sacristy, please use the passage to the left of Our Lady's Altar, please do not walk across the main Altar. Thank You.
