A Mass for All the Deceased of St. John the Baptist Community

Post date: Oct 07, 2014 8:35:41 PM

November is traditionally the month during which the Catholic Church remembers and prays for all our deceased relatives and friends. Remembering is a very important part of bereavement and on Monday 3rd November 2014 is All Souls Day which we pray particularly for all the deceased of St. John the Baptist community. St. Johns would like to warmly invite you, your family and friends to celebrate a requiem mass for all those loved ones that have gone to Christ in love. It will be a time to remember and pray for our own loved ones. At the requiem mass, there will be an opportunity to light a candle in memory of those within our small community who have passed away. If you or your family and friends would wish to light a candle for any loved one we will arrange this for you, simply tell Fr. Harriott their name. We have invites on the back of our bulletin which are at the back of church or, if you are unable to pick one up, simply email Fr. Harriott directly. If at all possible, please tell us your loved ones name by the 26th October 2014. #GodBless+ Fr. Harriott
