Processing Requests Summary:
Processing requests allow distributors to request seed cleaning for remote lots from their partner growers or processors.
Processing requests can be sent from the Lot Processing Requests tab under the Network menu (Network → Lot Processing Requests → Sent Lot Processing Requests) by clicking the + button.
OR
By going to the Inventory Lot Details page for the remote lot that you want to request processing for and clicking More Actions
The Lot Processing Request screen will appear where you can enter the details about the lot processing request.
Fields appearing in pink are mandatory, and must be entered.
Partner: Choose the partner that you want to send the request to.
Lot: Choose the inventory lot that you want to request processing for.
Quantity: Enter the quantity of seed that you want to request cleaning for.
Unit of Measure: Choose the unit of measure for the quantity.
Processing Date: Enter the processing (cleaning) date that you want the seed to be cleaned on.
Comments: Enter any comments that you want to send along with the request.
To complete and send the lot processing request, click Save.
The request will be sent to the partner that was selected on the request. They will receive an email notification and it will appear under the Received Lot Processing Requests tab in their account.
The status of your sent lot processing request can be viewed from the from the Lot Processing Requests tab under the Network menu (Network → Lot Processing Requests → Sent Lot Processing Requests)

If you receive a processing request from a distributor, you will receive an email and the request will appear on your REQUESTS page (Network → Requests→ Lot Processing Requests → Received Lot Processing Requests)
To Accept the processing request, click the checkmark beside the request.
To Deny the processing request, click the X beside the request.
If you accept the request, a lot processing record will automatically be created and can be found under the LOT PROCESSING page.
The lot processing then can be completed as per usual (See Lot Processing for help)
Once the lot processing record has been marked as Completed the processing request status will be updated to show that it's been completed. This will also be visible to the distributor who requested the lot processing.

Remote lot processing records (initiated from a request) can be viewed in the distributor's (requester's) account on the LOT PROCESSING screen. (Production → Lot Processing)
Remote processing records are identified by the seedling icon beside the processing date.
The total requested, dirty, clean and screenings can be viewed as the record is updated by the partner doing the cleaning.
To get a detailed summary of all dirty, clean and screenings scale tickets, you can click the Download Lot Processing Report in PDF button to download a summary in PDF format.
