In Reading, we continued working on retelling stories that we read in order. In Writing, we are continuing to work on our personal narrative writing unit. Students have finished their introductions and have started writing the middle.
In Math, we are still in our addition and subtraction unit. We started with some word problems this week as well.
Our Science unit on objects and materials continues through early October. We will learn about classifying objects, sorting by characteristics, weight, systems and how things can be changed by heating and cooling.
In Social Studies, our community unit is continuing with learning on being part of a community and authority figures in the community.
