LAST CALL - 5th Grade Baby Photos Needed For Yearbook
Each year, we have a special section in our Glenhope yearbook dedicated to our 5th graders and their baby pictures. If you would like your child’s baby picture to be featured in the yearbook, please send us their picture no later than Wednesday, December 10th. You can visit the link below and submit it digitally or send in a physical picture (to Mrs. Robertson) that will be returned. Thank you!

On Thursday, December 18th, fifth graders will be watching a holiday movie together. They will be able to choose from 6 different movies, which will be shown in each of the 5th-grade teacher's classrooms. We have put the titles of the movies below. If you have a problem with your child watching any of the movies, please reach out to us so we can make sure they don't choose that particular movie to watch. Thanks!

The end of the 9 weeks is Thursday, December 18th. Please help your child complete their late/missing work by Tuesday, December 16th. Canvas and Skyward are great places to keep track of the work they owe! We have told students that if they still have late assignments by Wednesday 12/17, they will be missing the holiday rotations we have planned in the morning to work on late assignments. Additionally, if they still have late work by Thursday 12/18, they will be missing the holiday movie we are watching Thursday morning in order to work on late assignments.

We are happy to report that we had 54 fifth graders complete at least four hours of community service this semester! That's right at 50% of our fifth-grade population! We are so proud of our students and cannot wait to celebrate their efforts during a little celebration this week!
We cannot wait to see how many of our students will accept the challenge next semester!
Also, if you snap photos of your child during their community service, please send them our way! We would love to see the work they are doing.
