Welcome Fall!

Things To Know: 

*No school for students on Friday, October 10.  Teachers will be hard at work meeting and planning. 

*We have started conferences.  If you have not yet signed up for an in person or phone conference, please contact your child's teacher.  

*Thank you to everyone for having Lunch With A Loved One.  I know how difficult it is to navigate this activity, but the kids really enjoy having you.

*The cafeteria is taking visitors again!  If you would like to have lunch with your child, please sign in at the office before coming to the cafeteria.  Second grade lunch is from 12:00 - 12:30.

*Thank you to all the parents for donating snacks to our classrooms.  With a later lunch, we will go through them quickly.

*Another thank you for the class donations from our class Wishlists on Amazon.  The children will benefit from your generosity.  Please continue to check for new items added to our lists.

*A Message from Mrs. Arnold:

Hello 2nd grade parents! 

This year we are adding a new element to the library, Lunch Bunch Book Clubs. It is 2nd grades turn for the month of October. In this club, we will be reading the same book (Dragon Master: Rise of the Earth Dragon), together and some at home before we meet each week. I will get the students during their lunch time, and we will eat in the library as we read, discuss or various activities that go along with our book. You will need to purchase the book on your own, but if you need assistance, just let me know. 

If you already filled out the sheet, we are adjusting our first meeting to October 9th since students will not be at school Friday, October 10th.

If you are interested in your child joining this club, please fill out this sheet or let me know. Thank you!
