The Customer Is Inquiring About What Payment Methods Do We Support Or How He/She Can Pay
The user can pay with one of the below methods
Notes:
The the payment method is reliant on the booking channel, for example though paying using "a card in the cab" is available in Gouna, but it is only available through (Call Center - Scanning the QR code on cab in Gouna - Our representatives in airports and hotels) but not available through the customer app.
If the customer books a ride outside the safe time frame—within an hour of the pickup time for Safe Ride, Airport Transfer, and Personal Driver services, or within less than 24 hours of the pickup time for Limousine and Open Day services—and with a payment link, please note that the link will only remain valid for 15 minutes.

The user will use his/her card to pay at the end of the trip through a machine, and the customer can choose to pay in cab if he /she books using the below methods:

The user will use his/her "card, IPhone, Apple Watch" -Device supporting NFC- to pay at the end of the trip by tapping his/her card on the driver's phone, and the customer can choose to pay in cab if he /she books using the below methods:

Cash (Hurghada/Gouna)
Cash payments were stopped starting 8th of May 2025, customer who wants to pay in cab can only pay using their card through the POS in the cab
We only support "Visa & Master Card" cards only, for example, we don't support "American Express" cards.
When the customer pays in cab there is no availability for a printed receipt as it is not supported, but the customer will receive a SMS with the deduction from his/her bank
For Wireless card payment the amount has to 600 EGP or less.
If the customer has balance in the account, it will be the default payment method and if the amount will not cover the total fare the rest will be deducted from CC, also the balance will be deducted from the account once the ride get closed
If the customer has balance or points that cover the price of the ride, the customer still has to have a card as a payment method on the app, if no card is added n the app the customer can't book with only points or balance present.
For bookings made with Payment Link "without a saved card", through the call center team "Calls, Chat, E-mail", an authorization hold is temporarily placed on the customer's card with the following amount, depending on the ride type:
For Safe Rides and Airport Transfers, the amount to be on hold will be 200 EGP.
For Horly Package Rides, the amount equivalent to one extra hour fare "500 EGP"
This amount will be released minus any extra charges (e.g., extra kilometers or time) after the trip is completed.
Note: This scenario is put in place to make sure that any extra amount that the customer will have, such as "Waiting Fees - Extra Time - Dynamic Pricing due to route change," can be deducted from this amount instead of being added as a negative amount to the customer's account.
This scenario only happens if the customer did not check the "Remember me?" box while paying through the payment link as shown in the image, if the customer checks the "Remember me?" box while paying, the extra hold amount won't be deducted, and any extra fees will be deducted directly from the card after the ride and not in advance.
The customer will receive a disclaimer in the payment link email clarifying the extra hold amount as shown in the images
The customer will have to scroll down in the email and click on "View entire message" to be able to see the extra hold amount disclaimer
Note: If the customer booked a "Round Trip" or a "Multi-leg" ride, the "Extra Hold" amount will depend on the number of payment links sent, for example:
For Round Trips: the "Extra Hold" amount will be 400 EGP, as the customer will pay using 2 payment links.
For multi-leg rides, the "Extra Hold" amount in total will depend on the number of rides created.
