SUNDAY, JULY 25, 2021 17TH SUNDAY OF ORDINARY TIME

PRIEST: Grateful for God’s abundant love and care for us, let us humbly place our needs before the Lord.

1. For all the members of God’s holy church, may the Eucharist unify and nourish us as we journey together on the path of discipleship, we pray to the Lord.

2. For leaders of nations, may their governance be characterized by humility, gentleness, and patience as they seek to serve their people with integrity, we pray to the Lord.

3. For grandparents and the elderly on this day of celebration, may they live life to the full in each moment that God gives them, in the sure hope that God is with them every day now and forever, we pray to the Lord.

4. For all gathered here, may we never cease to praise the Lord and to give him thanks for his goodness, we pray to the Lord.

5. For those nearing the end of life, may they be comforted and sustained by a loving community, and know deeply the tenderness of God, we pray to the Lord.

6. That God’s kindness be upon those who have died and have put their hope in him, especially Baby Ryder Pham, Raymond Giap Hoang, Susan Robb, Javier Lucio we pray to the Lord.

Here’s what’s happening in our Parish:

· (Read on Saturday 4pm and 5:30pm Masses only) Join us for the best Breakfast in town tomorrow, Sunday, July 25th in Doyle Hall after 8am and 9:30am Masses with same menu as before.

· (Read on Sunday 8am and 9:30am Masses only) Head over to Doyle Hall and enjoy the best breakfast in town until 11am, same menu as before.

· A big THANK YOU to all who participated in the Summer Fun-Fest event! It was wonderful to see everyone! A special thank you to our Vietnamese Community for hosting the second event. Please join us again on Monday, July 26 at 6PM and the next Monday. Main courses will be provided, and we ask each of you to please bring a side dish or dessert of your choice to share! All are welcome!

· There will be second collection at all Masses next weekend on July 31st and August 1st for the Mission Coop. Thank you for your generosity.
