SUNDAY, APRIL 4, 2021 EASTER SUNDAY OF THE RESURRECTION OF THE LORD
PRIEST: Christ our savior is risen, and he intercedes for us at the right hand of the Father. In joy let us bring our petitions before the Lord whose mercy is everlasting.
1. For Christians throughout the world, especially those dwelling in countries antagonistic to Christianity, may they celebrate this holy feast in safety, we pray to the Lord.
2. For nations threatened by and recovering from acts of terror, may hope, peace, and love prevail against every act of violence and hatred, we pray to the Lord.
3. For all who mourn the loss of a loved one, especially parents mourning the death of a child, may they find solace in God’s saving power and endless compassion, we pray to the Lord.
4. For all gathered here, in keeping the feast of Easter, may we be infused with a joy that never ends, we pray to the Lord.
5. For the intentions of our Parish Family who participated in this year’s Easter Garden, we pray to the Lord.
6. For those of our parish suffering from chronic and acute illness and for their caregivers, may they be comforted and upheld by Jesus the healer, we pray to the Lord.
7. For our beloved dead, may they come to dwell in the house of the Lord, especially Teresa Cam Tu Tran, Dominico Duc Doan, Andrew Tam Ky Nguyen, Travis Lee Lyon, we pray to the Lord.
