PRIEST: To God, who is our life and our hope, let us pray.

1. That all who serve the church may proclaim the Gospel of forgiveness and mercy, we pray to the Lord.

2. That all peoples of the world may put aside mistrust, prejudice, hatred and create God’s kingdom of justice and reconciliation, we pray to the Lord.

3. That those who fight and suffer for justice may shine like the stars of the firmament, inspiring us to join them in their struggle, we pray to the Lord.

4. That the sick, the poor and the marginalized may know God’s peace this day, we pray to the Lord.

5. That God the Father may have mercy on those who have died, and welcome them into the eternal home he has prepared for them, especially George Riker, Cynthia Illano, Peggy Recktenwald, Thomas Burket,_________________, we pray to the Lord.

Here’s what’s happening in our Parish:

· On the patio this weekend:

· The Knights of Columbus are outside looking for Catholic gentlemen who are 18 years old and older and are practicing Catholic who follow the precepts of our Church. They would love for you to stop by and sign up.

· The Knights of Columbus are also selling Christmas cards and tickets to the Christmas Dinner.

· The Advent Scripture reflection books are on the table in the back of the Church for your convenience. Suggested donation is $1.

· Everyone is invited to The Young Adult Ministry’s presentation Spiritual Warfare with John LaBriola on Monday, November 19th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm in Rooms 1 and 2 in Doyle Hall.

· Adult Confirmation is beginning soon. For information please see Faith Formation page in the bulletin.

· Thank you to all who have responded to the call and returned a Stewardship Renewal Commitment Card and if you have not yet returned one please do so by next weekend.
