SUNDAY, JUNE 17, 2018 11TH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME
PRIEST: To the God who lifts up the lowly, exalts the humble, and blesses the poor with every good thing, let us pray.
1. For the Church, as disciples of Christ may our lives show forth his steadfast love for the poor, the vulnerable and those on the margins of society, we pray to the Lord.
2. For world leaders, especially those involved in the recent summits, may their decisions be made for the good of all mankind, we pray to the Lord.
3. For all fathers, stepfathers and guardians, especially those remembered in the Father’s Day Novena of Masses, may our Father in heaven bless and guide them in the holy vocation of fatherhood, we pray to the Lord.
4. For the sick and dying of our parish, may they receive love and compassion from caregivers and health professionals, we pray to the Lord.
5. For those who have died, may they come to share in the inheritance of the kingdom and the fullness of joy in God’s presence especially Liem Doan, Marianna Lazaran, Hiep Bui, Josephine Adame, _____________________, we pray to the Lord.

Here’s what’s happening in our Parish:
· Our monthly Healing Mass is Tuesday, June 19 at 7pm with Fr. Jerry Thompson.
· If you or someone you know would like to become Catholic or are a Catholic who needs to receive their First Holy Communion and be Confirmed, English Inquiry sessions begin the second week in July. Please contact the Faith Formation office for more information.
· Best breakfast in town next Sunday from 8am to 11am. The proceeds from this month’s breakfast will benefit the Special Olympic. See you there.
· There will be a second collection next weekend for the Universal Church. Thank you for your generosity.
