SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2018 25TH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME

PRIEST: Out of care and humble service to one another, let us offer these prayers to our heavenly Father.

1. For Church leaders, may they have the spirit of humility and servanthood in their ministry for God’s people, and inspire us to do the same, we pray to the Lord.

2. For the leaders of the world, may they learn to seek the way of peace and reconciliation and put an end to wars and conflicts, we pray to the Lord.

3. For our parish’s religious education teachers and catechists, may they guide and inspire our children, teenagers, and adults in the wonders and wisdom of God, we pray to the Lord.

4. For the sick of our parish community, may the loving embrace of Jesus strengthen them through their struggles, we pray to the Lord.

5. For our deceased loved ones, may they find eternal peace and joy in God’s kingdom, especially Terry Stevens, __________________, we pray to the Lord.
