PRIEST: Having listened to God’s Word, We, with courage and faith, bring our prayers and petitions before him.

1. For the victims of sexual abuse, may they receive healing, support and peace, we pray to the Lord.

2. For those who have pastoral responsibilities in the Church, may they be true and good shepherds after Jesus’ own heart, we pray to the Lord.

3. For all families in our community, may they like Joshua’s household, serve the Lord in their love and support of one another and their contributions to our neighborhoods, we pray to the Lord.

4. For the sick, suffering and dying, may they find peace in God, who heals the broken, we pray to the Lord.

5. For those who have died, may they take their place at the eternal feast in the kingdom of God, especially _______________, we pray to the Lord.

· Today, Faith Formation registration is in rooms 7, 8, and 9 from 10:00am until 5:00pm. Take advantage of the early discount.

· The Children’s Choir is looking for new members ages 5 to 13 years old. Sign up is on the Patio today.

· Tuesday, August 28th is the Healing Mass with Father Ramon Valare beginning with music at 6:30pm and Mass at 7pm.

· Holy Spirit’s Dine-out beginning Monday, Aug. 27th until Wednesday, Aug. 29th from 8am until closing at Marie Callender’s. Don’t forget to bring the coupons on the back of the bulletin.
