SUNDAY, MAY 5, 2019 3RD SUNDAY OF EASTER

PRIEST: Jesus tells the fishermen disciples to cast their nets again, and they catch a great number of fish. Trusting in God’s abundant providence, we lift up our prayers.

1. That the church shows her love for God by tenderly feeding and tending Jesus’ flock, we pray to the Lord.

2. That world leaders shepherd their people to freedom, justice, and peace, we pray to the Lord.

3. That all those who are persecuted for their religious beliefs, especially victims of violence, find sanctuary and protection, we pray to the Lord.

4. That God’s peace and love shine upon the sick and dying of our community and their caregivers, we pray to the Lord.

5. That all the faithful departed enjoy eternal peace in the kingdom of heaven, especially David Pham, Rebecca Ann Terrazzi ______________, we pray to the Lord.
