PRIEST: With confidence in the God of miracles and blessings, we place before him our needs.
1. For Pope Francis, may his example as a gentle shepherd inspire us, his flock, to share our blessings, we pray to the Lord.
2. For world leaders, may God bless them in their efforts to eliminate the scourge of hunger from the earth, we pray to the Lord.
3. For all children and young people, may they possess the generosity of the young boy who gives his bread and fish to Jesus, we pray to the Lord.
4. For those in our community who will go to bed hungry today, may relief soon be theirs in abundance, we pray to the Lord.
5. For those who have died, may they receive the promise of eternal life and rest in the peace of Christ especially _________________, we pray to the Lord.

Here’s what’s happening in our Parish:
· Registration for the Faith Formation begins this Wednesday, August 1st. There is a discount for early registration.
· This year our Faith Formation Program is adding a class for children with special needs and we are looking for volunteers to be catechists and assistants to help. Please contact the Faith Formation office if you are interested.
· Holy Spirit’s Dine-Out at Mimi’s Café is this Wednesday and Thursday, August 1st & 2nd from 7AM until 9PM. See you there!! Bring the flyer on the back of the bulletin for Holy Spirit to receive 20% credit for your delicious meal.
· Don’t miss our annual Parish Picnic hosted by the Pastoral Council next Sunday, August 5th from 8:30am until 3:00pm.
