Lectors have the privilege through training, to proclaim the Word of the Lord.
Lectors proclaim God's word through Sacred Scripture and lead the Prayers of the Faithful.
They will also make the closing announcements.

UNIVERSAL PRAYER
PRIEST: Let us join our hearts in prayer before the Lord.
1) For Church leaders, may God guide them in shepherding their flock to a deep renewal of faith this Lenten season, we pray to the Lord.
2) For the world, may the mercy of God lead all people to repentance and greater love, we pray to the Lord.
3) For those who are estranged from loved ones, may God grant them forgiveness and reconciliation, we pray to the Lord.
4) For this community of faith, may the Lord develop within us hearts of service and love, we pray to the Lord.
5) For the faithful departed, may they be welcomed into the heavenly kingdom, (only say especially if there are names) especially, Karl Pfitzer ________________________________________we pray to the Lord.

· Join us for the Divine Mercy Chaplet in English Monday through Friday after the 9am Mass.
· Confessions are every Monday through Friday from 9:30 to 10:30am, Wednesday 7pm to finish, and Saturday 8 to 8:45am. Parish Penance Service Monday, March 16th at 7pm
· Join the Knights of Columbus for Friday Fish Dinners from 5 to 7pm. Then Stations of the Cross in the Church at 7pm.
· Parish Lenten Retreat “Disturb Us, O Lord Some Reflections on the Challenges of Lent” Saturday, March 7th presented by Msgr. John Urell. Eucharistic Adoration 8am, Holy Mass 9am, Breakfast 9:30am, Presentation 10:15am.
· Plan to attend The Hour of Grace Friday, February 27th from 9:30 to 10:00am with Father Charles on the topic “Choosing Patience That Brings Peace.”
· The complete Lenten Schedule is in the bulletin and at the back of the Church for your convenience.
· Spiritual Warfare a Four Week Catholic Study will begin Wednesday, February 25th please register in the Faith Formation Office.
· Next week we will host a special Avocado Sale to support the retired priests of our diocese. This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy fresh avocados while contributing to the care of those who have faithfully served our Church. Your generous support is sincerely appreciated.
