PNJ: Lewena, Gold Saucer (4.8, 6.1)
Chaque participation permet d'obtenir 10 000 PGS.

Theory of how scoring works as of patch 4.3:
Unthemed left-side slots (main hand and feet) are 10 points for wearing any item
Themed slots (head, body, hands, legs) are 2 to 10 2 or more points depending on item
Right-side accessory slots are 8 points for wearing any item
The above gives exactly 100 points. For each of the left-side slots, there is one BiS dye that will give +2 points, and other dyes in the same color family will give +1 point.
The meaning of the star stamp with 1-5 stars seems to be unchanged:
1-star is 0 or 2 points
2-star is 3 or 4 points
3-star is 5 or 6 points
4-star is 7 points
5-star (gold) is 8 or more points
Points indicated by the star stamp include dyes. Note that gold only means 8+ out of 10 points for an (undyed) themed slot; it does not necessarily mean BiS.
Update: it looks like some items are worth more than 10 points, eg. False Nails from the Ananta are 11 points, making it even easier to get 100 even if some themed slots are less than 10. I don't know how common this will be.
Daggerffxiv - score 92 (source)
I got a score of 92 with this outfit
-Munificent Moogle Mogtome (not sure if weapon glamour has any effect)
-Songbird hat (pure white)
-Hannish wool top (pure white)
-Claws of the beast (snow white, prob should have been pure white)
-Asuran Hakama of Healing (pure black)
-Bridesmaid's sandals (metallic gold)
-All accessories were from the Vault
If you have a songbird hat, make sure you dye it. Everything needs to be dyed. I got an extra 2 points for dyeing my hat pure white.c
Clorifex - score 81 (source)
I went with a budget option and got 81 points.
Extreme Survival Shirt (snow white - got 4 stars, not gold)
Asuran Hakama of Healing (snow white)
Songbird Hat (snow white)
Bridesmaid's Sandals (metallic gold)
Halonic Exorcist's Ring
Stuff et teintures pour avoir 100:
Canne à pêche alcyon lucis - Teinture gris goobbue
Casquette classique - Teinture rouge Dalamud
Ruban (mog extreme nv50 / i100)
Auroracat, de Lamia (source)
Halcyon Lucis - Goobbue Grey
Tacklekeep's Cap - Dalamud Red
Survival Shirt - Dark Green - Teinture vert foncé et extra
Expeditioner's Gloves - Dark Green - Teinture vert foncé et extra
New World Pants - Cream Yellow - Teinture jaune crème
Dinosaur Leather Shoes - Dalamud Red
Behemoth Earring
Moogle Ribbon Neck
Weapon also makes no difference, but the lucis is the only dyable fishing rod, and you must be fisher to wear the gold hat.
If you had gotten any of the gathering lucis tools ever before (meaning you have the light of land title), you can buy all of the gather lucis from the calamity salvager for 1,000 gil. If don't have the title yet, and if its easier to get the MIN or BTN, then get it on them instead and buy the fishing rod for 1k.
How do you wear the Moogle Ribbon item as a FSH?
Any job or class can use them. Its an from ARR. Accessories were not restricted in ARR. All classes can wear them, including gathering and crafting classes.. They didn't start the restrictions until HW, and then they got even more restrictive with SB
I wanted to point out you may have to dye it Goobbue Grey to get the full points .. I scored 100 and then changed the dye to a lilac just on the fishing pole and it dropped me back down to 97. So like the hands and the feet ... dye color may matter on the weapon as well. I didn't do anything too much different than the other 100s already posted. My hands and feet were part of the New World set because that's what I had on hand, pretty sure as long as they are dyed to the right color you can wear anything in those two slots so don't feel like you have to break the bank on special shoes or gloves.
Reminder that you do NOT need to fish to get Halcyon Lucis Rod. Unlock the min/btn lucis and you can buy the other two at calamity salvager.
Fishing to unlock it is a waste of time and rng..
I can confirm that with the following. I got a 99 score..
Makai Bow - Goobue Grey
Flap Cap - Dal. Red
Survival Shirt - Dark Green
Expeditioner's Gloves - Dark Green
New World Pants - Cream Yellow
Dinosaur Leather Shoes - Dalamud Red
Behemoth Earring
Moogle Ribbon Neck
So its looking like. you pretty much gotta be a 60 Fisher with that Tacklekeep's hat to reach 99. Cause i cannot for the life of me get 100 as any other class.

Reminder to all people testing that the goal is to find items that are Gold WITHOUT dyes. Just because an item is Gold with BiS dyes does NOT make it the true Gold/BiS for the week. With that said, happy hunting!(source: TheWanderingWitch)
HQ makes no difference.
EDIT: As you can see in the comments, I've found flaws in this theory. I've changed the numbers to reflect what I believe them to be right now, but this setup still has a score of 92 and I can't explain where that 92nd point comes from. Until I do, take everything with a grain of salt.
If you wish to help figure it out, then help me figure out why this adds up to 92. END EDIT.
So I posted this in both the Fashion Report thread here and the similar thread in the FFXIVGlamour subreddit, but it doesn't seem to be getting much visibility there and I feel like it deserves a post of its own.
First of all, credit to most of these findings should go to u/roselanner and their post here.
I used that as a starting point and did some further investigating and here's what I've come up with:
Dyes do affect the rating, not just the score, as you can see here:
Long Skirt with wrong dye, 3 star rating. (Source)
Long Skirt dyed Soot Black, 4 star rating. (Source)
Long Skirt dyed Jet Black, gold rating. (Source)
But I believe that while a 3* item with the correct dye is indeed rated gold, it is only given 6 points. An item that attains gold rating without dyes seems to be worth 8 points, which can be boosted up to 10 with the correct dye.
So this week, we have:
* 4 themed slots (dyeable) worth up to 10 points each.
* 2 non-themed slots (dyeable) worth up to 9 points each.
* 1 themed slot (undyeable) worth 8 points.
* 4 non-themed slots (undyeable) worth 7 points each.
This adds up to 94 points available this week. The highest I've seen thus far is 92, which was obtained with an non-dyed weapon. (As seen here.)
Therefore I'm going to assume that the maximum of 94 points can be achieved with the same outfit, but with a correctly dyed weapon instead. Based on the colour theme of the rest of the set, I'd assume either Pure/Snow White or Jet/Soot Black. Sadly, I can't afford the Hannish Wool Autumn Shirt to test my theory. But other than that, it seems to explain every score I've seen so far.
That would also mean that in order for the perfect score of 100 to even be attainable, every single slot would have to be themed. Normally I'd consider that insanity, that there's no way they would make it so RNG, but after seeing how the rest of the system plays out, it wouldn't even surprise me anymore.
But this does also give us a strategy for finding the optimal outfit:
Use undyed equipment to find gold ratings and dye them only when you've found the correct equipment.
As far as I can tell the scoring system works like this:
5 hinted slots every week - 2-8 points each
4 unhinted slots - 7 points each
5 slots can be dyed for 1-3 points, seems to be 1 point for any dye, 2 points for a dye that is close, and 3 points for the exact dye
Weapon dye is 3 points if correct, otherwise 0
I believe the overall theme (A Brave New World) determines which dyes you need, and the hints on each slot determine what gear is needed, but this is just a guess
To find out what gives 100 each week we need to find the gear that gives 8 points undyed, find the right family of dye for each piece, then find the exact right dye.
To find the weapon dye, just try all 105 until one gives 3 points. I've been using replica allagan weapons and the race gear to test dyes, or there is a level 1 weapon at wolves' den.
Thank you to everyone for posting your findings, this will definitely be a group effort each week.
Bad dyes can give 0 points.
