General Comments:

**Thank you very much for the opportunity.

**There were so many others I wanted to vote for...I liked them equally well...but ran out of points.

**thanks for asking us to take the bait of biting!

**Thank you for another chance to read and vote on some very good haiku.

**disappointing lack of originality with this month's crop.

**Thank you for another competition -- this one got everybody out writing as soon as the school holidays were over!

**[The kukai is] a terrific way to examine this form more closely and learn by doing. I love seeing the varied responses to any given "prompt."

**So thoroughly enjoy the Kukai, eagerly await each phase !

General Comments:

**There were so many good ones!

**Really appreciate all the hard work that goes into organising this wonderful kukai....

**It is so nice to read such good haiku.

**I could have voted for a few more so this was not so easy. I related to the dripping tap haiku! Had one in my kitchen for many years!!

**I liked the variety of haiku submitted under this theme and had quite a hard time narrowing it down to my six favourites. Thank you again, it was a most enjoyable month

**Many entries are quite chilling! I favor the ironic!

**as you can see, I had a hard time choosing

**“Excellent Free Forms! May I choose another three? I didn’t think so.

**This too was an excellent theme -- although quite a few managed to combine "midnight" and "mosquito" together!

** It surprises me that midnight was difficult
