Tex-Mex chicken mac n cheese

Ingredients
1 box macaroni and cheese with cheese sachet
1 cup chopped rotisserie chicken
¼ cup chopped Onion
¼ cup chopped Tomato
2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
¼ cup shredded pepper jack cheese (plus more for the top)
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon butter
¼ cup heavy cream
¼ cup milk
½ teaspoon Cumin
¼ teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
2 pinch Black pepper
2 pinch Salt
½ teaspoon Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400
- Cook the macaroni to the box specifications
- In another pot melt butter and add milk, cream and the cheese mix from the macaroni
- Once its dissolved and comes to a boil add cumin, chili powder, onion powder, black pepper salt sugar and paprika
- Once the mixture begins to thicken add the chicken and the shredded cheese
- Turn off the heat and add the onions, tomatoes and cilantro
- Pour this cheese mixture unto the cooked macaroni pasta and pour into a baking dish
- Add shredded pepper jack cheese to the top
- Bake in the oven until golden brown
