Sticky Sour-sop glazed doughnut
Makes 12 long twist doughnuts
Dough
2 packs yeast
¼ cup warm water
1 ¼ cup scalded milk (cooled)
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. salt
1/3 cup shortening
4 cups A/P flour
Glaze
2/3 cup sour sop
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups confectioners’ sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
½ lime juice
