Scenario:- Seller called regarding the pickup and first pickup scheduled date not crossed.
Information to seller:-
As I can check the first pickup schedule date is showing for (Date as per ICRM under shipment TAB).
So, I will request you to please wait for the scheduled date for your shipment's pickup, we will arrange pickup accordingly and courier partner will connect you as well for pickup confirmation.
Pro-active information:
I will request you to keep you shipment ready at the time of pickup with Label, Invoice and manifest.
Also, Make sure to get Manifest signed by courier person with Name, Contact number, Date and Number of shipments picked and keep Manifest to you as a proof for future reference.
You can also escalate the shipment pickup from you panel in case of pickup delay after midnight 12.
Pickup escalation path from Seller:- Click on Orders >> Pickups and Manifest >> click on escalate option under Action option.
Tagging: Raise an FCR Ticket and ask seller to wait for pickup attempt as per scheduled date.
