Delivered But Not Received seller In RTO OTP Based - L1 Advisor
Check If dispute already raised on panel/ticket
i)Check remarks from LOPS and inform seller.
ii) If seller disagrees to LOPS remarks - Transfer call to dispute desk/arrange call back.
If dispute not raised on panel/ticket ask:-
i) Confirm receiver details (Name & contact number) at the RTO location Self/team member.
-If number matches with the details shared by courier( OTP triggered ), deny for dispute investigation.
- If seller claims OTP not received - Raise for investigation to Dispute desk team.
-If OTP shared over the phone and no one visited for the delivery advise seller not to share the OTP over the call in future
- If seller is not convinced, take investigation request for best possible efforts
- Transfer call to dispute desk/create CB ticket
