Praise - My hair and my shirt looks rather decent. I used my own creativity to do the hair by combining the ideas from quite a few people as well as my own tweaking.

Polish - I did not really put a lot of detail on my face as I could not really see the shadows and bumps on my face. This was probably due to poor lighting when I took the photo and would probably have taken a better photo if I had known from the start if this was going to be a problem.
