This is the second art lesson where our teacher printed our pictures we took and we draw the respective areas to design later
This lesson, our teacher led us on how to do the features on the face and taught us to use different materials to express contrast between different parts.
In today's lesson, my teacher introduced the hair backing and the different hair designs. She recommended me on curly short hair which requires abit of time but it is exciting to do.
Finally, this is the completed face for my artwork, with all my facial features fixed and my hair style completed, after 5 weeks of hard work.
This is my final completed work, with my clothes tidied up, face attached to the main body and backing for my entire body.
Praise: I spent quite alot of time on my design of hair as it requires every hair to be curled manually, cut and pasted one by one, however, it is the most unique and special design of my artwork which made my whole end result stand out from the rest
Polish: I think I still need to work more on the clothing as there is alot more to improve on as the lack of contradictions of colours and the wide range of layers others have.
