Food Technology involves the development of a wide variety of food products and processes. Food trends, industry innovation and influences guide the design and production of these products. 

Students explore the concept of culinary arts and food technology, sustainable and dietary choices, food chemistry, sensory evaluation techniques, research, development and project management.

Hospitality learning experiences provide students with exciting career pathways, building as a foundational knowledge of practical and innovative culinary skills and techniques.
